Refund Policy

At Fairy Tales, we are committed to providing high-quality services that support the development of children with delays or neurodivergence. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all parents and guardians who entrust us with their child’s care. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. Screening and Assessment

Non-Refundable:

1.1. Screening through Hidden Hum:
Fees paid through our Hidden Hum app is non-refundable unless the app is unable to provide the agreed upon service.
1.2. Assessment:
Fees paid towards assessment conducted at the center during the time of admission is non-refundable, except in cases where the center is unable to provide the agreed-upon services.
1.3. Familiarisation:
Fees paid towards familiarisation at the time of admission are non-refundable, except in cases where the center is unable to provide the agreed-upon services.

2. Program Fees

Refunds for service fees will be considered under the following circumstances:

2.1. Service Cancellation by the Center:
If the center cancels a program or service due to unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund will be provided for the unused portion of the service.

2.2. Withdrawal Prior to Program Start:
If a parent or guardian chooses to withdraw the child before the program starts, a refund will be issued after deducting an administrative fee of INR 1000.

2.3. Withdrawal After Program Commencement:
If a child is withdrawn after the program has started, no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle. For subsequent billing cycles, any advance payments made will be refunded, minus the administrative fee.

3. Missed Sessions

3.1. No Refunds for Missed Sessions:
No refunds will be issued for sessions missed by the child unless the session was canceled by the center.

3.2. Make-up Sessions:
Make-up sessions may be offered at the center's discretion, based on availability.

4. Special Cases

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances such as:


4.1. Serious Medical Conditions:
If the child is diagnosed with a medical condition that prevents participation.

4.2. Relocation:
If the family relocates to a different city or region.

For such cases, valid documentation (e.g., medical certificates, proof of relocation) must be provided to support the refund request.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:


5.1. Submit a written request to amoghavarsha@fairytaleswellbeing.com or in person at the center’s administration office.

5.2. The request must include:

  • The reason for the refund
  • The child’s name
  • Relevant payment details

Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days after approval.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

6.1. Assessment Fees:
These are non-refundable.

6.2. Familiarisation Fees:
These are non-refundable.

6.3. Materials and Resources:
Fees for resources, materials, or kits provided to the child are non-refundable.
