2.4 By agreeing to the assessment:

  • You confirm that you are the child’s legal parent or guardian.
  • You consent to a registered professional conducting the evaluation in your home.
  • You agree to provide a safe and appropriate environment for the visit.

4. Program Participation

4.1 Our programs are tailored to individual developmental needs, and recommendations are based on assessments conducted by our professionals.

4.2 We reserve the right to modify program schedules, content, or delivery methods to suit the needs of the children enrolled.
4.3 The purpose of assessments conducted at your residence to observe, interact with, and evaluate your child’s developmental progress across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional domains is to support early identification of developmental strengths and potential concerns.
4.4. The assessment may involve structured activities, free play, and verbal interaction with the child.

4.5 The professional may use standardized tools, checklists, and observation techniques suited to the child’s age group.

4.6 You may be asked to actively participate or respond to questions regarding the child’s routines, behaviors, and history.

4.7 Parents/guardians must ensure:

  • Pets are secured during the visit
  • A responsible adult is always present
  • Any safety risks (slippery floors, sharp objects, etc.) are addressed in advance

4.8 All parties are expected to follow basic hygiene and health protocols.

4.9 If the child or any household member is ill or recently exposed to a contagious disease, the visit must be rescheduled in advance.


5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Fees for our services will be communicated in advance. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.

5.2 Late payments may result in a suspension of services until dues are cleared.

5.3 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Parents or guardians must know that the bookings are non-refundable.

6.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy, which is available upon request.
6.3 You can reschedule an assessment booking only once and at least 24 hours in advance.

6.4 The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, unsafe conditions, lack of cooperation).

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 All children, parents, and guardians are expected to follow the proper code of conduct to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

7.2 We reserve the right to discontinue services for any child or family who fails to comply with our policies or exhibits behavior disruptive to the program.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided under the agreed terms.
9.3 The in-home assessment provides observational insights but is not a medical or psychiatric diagnosis.

9.4 Any recommendation for further clinical evaluation, therapy, or intervention will be provided based on findings.

9.5 Developmental variation is expected in young children and not all deviations imply a disorder.
9.6 Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of the child and any damage or risk within the home environment.

9.7 The provider is not liable for injury, damage, or incidents occurring due to unsafe home conditions or non-cooperation.
