At Fairy Tales, we are committed to providing high-quality services that support the development of children with delays or neurodivergence. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all parents and guardians who entrust us with their child's care.
Fees paid through our Hidden Hum app are non-refundable unless the app is unable to provide the agreed upon service.
Fees paid towards assessment during the time of admission are non-refundable, except in cases where the centre is unable to provide the agreed-upon services.
Fees paid towards parent companion service are non-refundable unless the app is unable to provide the agreed upon service.
Refunds for service fees will be considered under the following circumstances:
If we cancel a program or service due to unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund will be provided for the unused portion of the service.
No refunds will be issued for sessions missed by the child unless the session was cancelled by us.
Make-up sessions may be offered at our discretion, based on availability.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances such as:
If the child is diagnosed with a medical condition that prevents participation.
If the family relocates to a different city or region.
